When ~this~ is exiled, up to one target creatures get +3/+3 until end of turn
Whenever equipped creature regenerates, target permanent you control is a enchantment in addition to its other types (This effect doesn't end) and clash with an opponent. If you win, attach target Equipment to target colourless creature. (Control of that Equipment doesn't change.)
When ~this~ leaves the battlefield, you may pay X the colour of your choice mana, where X is the number of creatures on the battlefield. If you don't, up to three target artifacts can't be the target of Generated spells with converted mana cost 2 until end of turn
