Something which I suffer from quite a lot. I think the codeine which was making me sleepy earlier is now causing me to feel somewhat awake and hyperish now :-(

Feel free to add good cures for Insomnia here:

Sleeping
Caffeine (the crash afterwards)
Getting up and going for a run. If you can face it.
Nitol (but only if you want to sleep 10 hours+ straight

My experience with Nytol has generally been that it doesn't work. In fact, my experience with sleeping medication in general, including prescription, is that they merely remove my sense of balance without actually helping me get to sleep. --Admiral
