I live in Luton? but work in SW1P 4RG , London. I do webby stuff with Java, JSP, JSTL?, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Oracle?, HTML, XHTML, CSS?, RSS, PHP, Spring?, SpringMVC?, SpringWebFlow?, Hibernate?, RSF?, various 3rd-party systems like a CMS, JiveForums?, Drupal, WordPress?, etc.

I enjoy InteractiveFiction, and have played the following games from the InteractiveFiction/Competition2004?:

InteractiveFiction/LuminousHorizon? (EarthAndSky? part 3) – the winning entry (glulx format)
InteractiveFiction/BlueChairs? – runner up (zcode format)

and from InteractiveFiction/Competition2005?:

InteractiveFiction/Beyond? – joint second-place – this was good, well-implemented, though quite linear. Disturbing story though.

With all the fuss about the US running the DNS, why not develop a decentralised PeerToPeer? naming service? Also PeerToPeer? distributed Wiki would be cool. [Mainstream in shock at DNS insecurity]

Any particular reason why the Google map is in Welsh by default? --M-A

: Are you looking at the names of Cambridge Colleges? AFAICT, Google uses the local language for PlaceNames?, which should clearly be English in Cambridge. Though I see "Coleg y Brenin" for King's, for example. It's not specific to ArtMap?: I just went to GoogleMaps directly and got the same. A GoogleBug? :( --B
