Top to bottom, left to right: mailserver (for those that use toothycat.net mail), monitor, temporary webserver (the folded grey laptop underneath the keyboard), firewall (486DX, boots from a single write-protected floppy, has no hard disk), machine which will become the webserver when MoonShadow gets a RoundTuit (it gets fed backups of real webserver's data partitions, but still needs about two evenings' work to install assorted perl modules, ensuring apache, ssh and cron settings are correct, the scheduled script we run for other people still works and the hosting we do for other people still works; this is problematic because dedicating two entire evenings to just doing that requires either a very hefty RoundTuit or for something to go wrong with the temporary webserver and thus increase the urgency; in addition, MoonShadow currently believes the laptop is actually faster and more reliable for the purpose than the machine he was originally thinking of, so if it can cope with the summer heat he might just leave it there and use the other machine for something else. Bet everyone really wanted to know that).
