Properties desired from dice:

* player must not be able to change bets placed on the dice roll, commitments to game decisions dependent on the dice roll, etc. after seeing result of dice roll
* no one player can have the power to affect the outcome of the dice roll as the other players see it, without the other players becoming aware that the roll was tampered with

Implementation:

* Once the player has decided on a bet or a course of action within a game, they type a description into the dice roller script. The script generates a dice roll and logs it in RecentChanges, along with the description. The player posts a link to the diceroll so other players can verify it; anyone can see the entire log at any time (and thereby check that the player didn't do things like make lots of dice rolls until they happened on a good one).
