Some people have suggested "Twice Extended TLA". Both of these forms have the problem of not being able to add a sixth word to make a six-letter version though.
These so called 'people' clearly aren't thinking hard enough. Follow the example of dot-com and just add an E on the front of everything. The next one is MM, and so on.
