The following Elemental realignments to the /WorldState are pending, and will take effect at the end of the current /HeartBeat:

Passed Proposals

Proposals upon which voting has concluded theoretically go here until they are applied to /TheHierarchy. However, the current /HeartBeat timings mean that they will only be in that state for one second, and so this won't be bothered with. If and when /HeartBeat timings get separated from midnights by some significant amount, this space may start getting used.
