Ah sucrose.  This one might just work, the way ModernTales never did.
Hmmm - neither it nor ModernTales are showing any signs of slowing down yet...
No, they aren't. Despite cancelling some of their best strips, the subscribers just keep joining.  --PlasmonPerson

Ahem.  Turn around and start at the beginning.

Graphic Smash is a subscription based WebComics portal.  The current episode of every comic it hosts is free, archives access is not.  So you're paying for the convenience of being able to read the strips you never before saw and of being able to accidentally miss a day.  Which is gonna be vital if posting schedules stay as regular as they are now.

Those moving from some sites (notably purrsia) are keeping some episodes archived on their original sites.  Others (moving from the competitor, KeenSpace KeenSpot? KeenWhatever?) probably aren't.
Faans was an exception to this.

But, this is not the irritiating thing.  The irritating thing is that at least three comics I read regularly are moving, and a few that I really should read sometime too.

It should be noted that GraphicSmash is really just a reincarnation of ModernTales.  It's got the same NewsLetter?.

A list of the strips which are moving is [here].  Along with the pricing details ($3 a month or $30 a year.)  Subscription does not include all of the current ModernTales strips.

Life on Forbez, interestingly, seems to have tried out being a GraphicSmash member for a couple of months, and gone back to keen*.

A few have moved that way: [Skirting Danger] moved to Keenspot too.  --PlasmonPerson
Really?  I knew it had ended, but I missed the leaving notice.  --Vitenka
