The format is just what MTGStudio does, ignoring large parts of it are recommended. Notably

I didn't sort out basic lands by expansion or art
Multiple copies of the same card were listed under the same entry even if they come from different expansions
I didn't even find the "Foil?" field until I was 4,500 cards in, so foils are not checked.
The "Price" field is in dollars and supposedly an average of a few single-card sites; I dunno how much credence to give it. It has not much to do with me.
