Fluff. Predictable fluff too, at least for the main plot. Its cute enough that I'll watch a couple more episodes but that will probably be it. The MagicalGirlTransformationSequence? gives a fairly good indicator that I'm not going to last much more than that.
The series or the Transformation sequence? I like the series, what I have seen of it so far. It reminds me a little of MarmaladeBoy? so the above description isn't at all inaccurate. It looks like a gentle shojo love comedy so far, and not a bad thing for it. The transformation sequence is pretty much par for the magical girl course. --Tsunami

No idea what put Kazuhiko off. However, the transformation sequence includes lots of sparklies, gravity defying acrobatics, a PDA plugging into a small treasure chest and a wink. --Tsunami
Having watched nearly all of it, although MikeJeggo will certainly concede that the sparkly transformation sequence is excessive and annoying (especially the wink and the giggle at the end), this one develops an amount of plot that the fluffy beginning fails to hint at...
