A scumware cleaner for Windows. It is slightly less than perfect is cleaning the scum, since it just rips it out and lets the programs crash because their scum is no longer present. Nor will it prevent the scum being reinstalled.
However, it does tend to be the most up to date cleaner - knowing about and able to clean more types of scum than most.
