Also remarkably easy to do in AgeOfEmpires? (although that has several varieties), TotalAnnihilation (Staying alive longer than 20 minutes on Boneyards is never easy...), and indeed most other purely RTS games recently. I've never played Homeworld online, so don't know about that.
Certainly, though, deploy MCV, advanced power plant, refinery, weapons factory, refinery, refinery, WF, tanks is a 15-minute way to win a game of C&C (have to play as the GDI) or RA (probably best to play as the Soviets).
