Going Eastbound, at the junction with Malcolm Street, there is a right-turn lane for cyclists only. At the traffic lights controlling the junction, the lanes are pinched together, leaving very little space. Given a bus and a cyclist, the cyclist gets very little room indeed. --Admiral

I've cycled that way many times, and never had a problem with either bus or car to my left - SunKitten

: It's alright most of the time, but if you cycle up to it while the lights are red, then the lights change to green just as a bus gets to it, you do get a disturbingly large heavy metal object flying past you remarkably closely. Maybe some of the times I remember the bus was going around a cyclist on the left, but I'm not sure. --Admiral
