Alya is a Neobedouin beast dancer. "Skyfish" is an assumed name; she doesn't talk about her tribe. In the years before joining the Tesla's Revenge she worked in the Skyloft cities as an assassin and mercenary and earned herself quite a reputation. She prefers to avoid meeting Neobedouin tribespeople, but has no problem with individuals who have left their tribes (which is good, given that that's half the crew of the Tess!).
