Computer software intended for creating comics. Manga-style in particular, since it contains a pretty decent tone library and is black and white only. It also has very nice digital inking support, which is primarily what SunKitten uses it for.

Made by the Japanese firm [Deleter], it does come in (American) English. Some of the manual is unintentionally amusing, but it's understandable :)
