Start in a variation of shadow hold (both facing down LoD, left hand to left hand, right hand to right hand, hands at head height). Fwd L, R, L, R, turn 180 degrees and keep moving smoothly back L, R, L, R. Repeat, going against LoD. You should end up where you started. Man: eight steps forward (i.e. same again without the turn) twirling lady so she does a 360 degrees turn right every two beats. On the last one, turn her to face you and turn to face her (and the wall), adopting closed hold. Four polka turns (side-close-side-hop, turning 180 degrees right, mainly on the hop), leading the lady out on the last one in order to repeat from start.
