AVOID.

On Saturday we phoned up for a curry and they said it would be with us within the hour. After an hour and a quarter there was no sign and I phoned them to chase. They said it should be with us soon - the driver "must have left because the slip isn't here". (So it seems they have a system that can't distinguish between a driver who just left, a driver who left three hours ago, and a slip that fell on the floor and got lost before the order could be given to any driver.)

After another half-hour or so I tried to chase again. They said the driver had called but received no answer and had returned. Firstly, we hadn't heard the doorbell (they later said they reckoned he'd knocked on the outer door of the entire block of flats). Secondly, that's supposed to be the reason they take your phone number, so they can call you if there's a problem (they said the driver hadn't brought it with him).

The curry eventually arrived two hours after we ordered it, and I was hungry and cross. It was, of course, cold, and we had to heat it up.

Also, on Sunday I had a nasty stomach upset, but I don't know whether that's related or not.
