Got them to put in a new vinyl floor in my kitchen. First, I went round to the carpet shops in the BeehiveCentre?. I looked through the samples, found a few I liked, and asked for some samples to be sent to me so I could check how they looked at home. Nothing. Having got frustrated at those shops, I went to the Carpet Mill on Mitcham's Corner. They said that the manufacturers are often rubbish at sending samples out and offered to lend me their shop samples. That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you make a sale. The fitters were polite, on time, and did a first class job. --Admiral
