When our fence blew down in the recent winds, this was the only relevant recommendation on cam.misc. I have little to compare the charges to, having never had to deal with a blown-down fence before, but they seemed reasonable for two full days' building work (we now have concrete posts holding up the wooden panels). He was amicable, with-it, appears to have done a very good job (though time will tell), dealt with unforeseen circumstances without increasing the quote (more winds broke more of the fence overnight between day one and two) and cleared up after himself.
