Miho acquires a magic sketchbook which gives her the ability to become an adult and uses her newfound ability to become a teen idol.

I've now finished watching this, and I really enjoyed it. It deals with a lot of interesting issues, has a good deal of gentle humour and is a nice way to unwind after day at work. Recommended.
