This is not a library of books, but a tape library. You can join for a nominal fee, and take several (I think it is about 5) tapes away. Now branching out into CDs, but, never having borrowed any, I couldn't comment as to format/quality/etc.

You must return them undamaged the next month, or face the terible wrath of Dragon!

8, the last time I checked (it may have changed since then) and the tapes must be rewound as well as undamaged

Do we have to polish them too? ^_^

Oh yes. But only with the finest lint-free cloth or you risk watching dirty anime :]
