A corporation has to have an agenda, if they hope to survive. (Corporations with less than a strict limit of agenda are nbot permitted to play)

A corporation must advance their agenda a number of times - and then they can score it.

A runner scores agenda simply by accessing it.
They are then presumed to sell it to the media, or a competitor or whomever.

Agenda comes in many flavours, from the simple money makers (Get the contract to build an arcology) through the less ethical ones (pay our executives lots of money to go on holiday and let us actually do some business) to the blackops (why don't we just kill everyone who opposes us?)

Of course, a corp cannot reap the benefits of an agenda until they carry it through - but if a plan works once it may just work again. Corporate buerocracy, however, means that it's faster to start the process from scratch...
