Summary: eclectic collection of "alternative" psychotherapy methods and techniques, along with pseudoscientific attempts to explain why many of them appear to reproducibly work, which has evolved over several dozen years and survived mainly due to a rigidly enforced "if it doesn't work, discard it" ethic.

One of the core texts appears to be "From frogs into princes" (ISBN 0911226192 ). Since promoters are invariably very much out to make money, only quotes are generally available online in English.
