There will be a New Year's eve party at Oblivion during the final few hours of 2005 and the first few hours of 2006. We may even get fireworks.
Some food and drink will be provided. Those providing more will be loved and worshipped like people bringing more food and drink. (And will, coincidentally, decrease the chance of starvation). There's a Budgens about 2 minutes walk away, should carrying large loads not appeal.
