In spring, players can build transportation.

The costs are according to /TransportPerTerrain.

Which hexes can they be built in? Adjacent to /ProductionSpots that player controls? Extending from existing transportation networks (of the same type) that player controls? What does the influence range of /Cities have to do with this?


I'm thinking they can be built in any hexes the player can afford to build in.  Possibly, if one player wants to build a link inside the influence range of a city owned by a different player, then they need that player's consent.  I'd suggest start just allow build any, then add the consent rule if it turns out too disruptive to allow the unrestricted building.--DR

What we were thinking of is limiting which transportation links can have taxes charged upon goods passing along them to links that are within a city's sphere. --DR
