You know, the only thing I can remember about this show is the theme tune?

I'm pretty sure I watched the intro, then turned over because the show itself was that bad. Not AvengerPenguins bad, but close.

Can anyone remember anything about it beyond the pun of a time traveller masquerading under the alias of a jester named alias?
