A marvellous PanelGame?, wherein each panelist explains the meaning or origin of a term or obscure fact.  All except one of the panelists are bluffing - telling plausible porkie-pies; and the player for the round has to guess which is the truth.

For best effect, it should usually be one of those case where the TruthIsStrangerThanFiction - though not always.  Also, some of the lies should be plausible, and some utterly outrageously silly.

Once the player has guessed, wrongly or rightly, switch around and use a new fact.

Using Google is disparaged, though the internet chicken shouldn't be relied upon anyway.

Who wants to think of a new starting point?
