Whilst not (so I've recently been told) the correct name for an inhabitant of Cambridge, I think it sounds better that Cantabrigian! Also, degrees are marked "Cantab." not "Cantabrig." so it seems a little more relevant.

Please indicate support for my ramblings here.

(Vitenka) Disagree, this would be people named 'Brian' who belong in Cantab. --Vitenka
Disagree.  I support Cantabrigian for "people from Cambridge", and Cantabrian for "singers named Brian".  --AlexChurchill

(PeterTaylor) Cantab. is an abbreviation for Cantabrigia. (NB Remember the Asterix book with a rugby match between Cantabrigia and Dubrovnum?) So Cantabrigian seems more logical.
