A bunch of computer stuff, run by students. Web servers, mail servers, shell accounts and so forth. They encourage people to join their machines into a huge network which will eventually play games really really quickly^W^W^W^W^Wtake over the world.

HystericalNote?: Emperor considers himself to have been one of the founding members. As was PeteClay, who is writing a history of its origins as a response to the bureaucratic uselessness of some parts of the University Computing Service.
