Where 1 is any capital letter of the alphabet - you don't ever have to reveal what it stands for; 3 is usually a list of adjectives, and 2 is an ordered set of the first letters of 3.
Example: 1 = S, for no particular reason; 3 = Clumsy, therefore 2 = C; this gives SIACSRA.
Anyone care to write a SelfRecursive sentence template?
Something like " 1 " 1. Where the quotemarks are literals, and 1 is a phrase which can describe sentences and which when preceded by a noun-phrase is a complete sentence. Example: "Yields falsehood when preceded by its quotation!" yields falsehood when preceded by its quotation!
But isn't the title somewhat redundant anyway... aren't all things described above merely Recursive? What distinguishes SelfRecursive from Recursive? --AlexChurchill
I was trying to distinguish between a self-contained recursive acronym, like GNU, and a pair of mutually recursive acronyms, like HURD/HIRD. - MoonShadow
