A user-created sixth expansion to the SettlersOfCatan/CardGame. (Named by comparison with the existing five /CardGameExpansions.)  Comments and suggestions are welcomed! Cardlist:

City Enhancement (Red cards)

Insurers' Guild (ore)(gold)
Whenever your opponent steals resources from you, you receive back from the bank one resource of a type that was stolen.

Assassins' Guild (ore)(brick)(gold)
You may pay 2 gold plus the cost of any knight in play to remove that knight from the game.
Could instead be: You may pay 2 gold to return any knight to its owner's hand, if that knight's resource cost is 4 or less.

News Reporters (brick)(brick)(wood)(wood)(corn)
When an Event card occurs, after it is resolved you may look at the (next) top card of the Event deck.  1 victory point.

Alchemists' Guild (gold)(gold)(wood)(sheep)
You may trade any 2 resources to take 1 gold.
Before you roll the production die, you may rotate this 90 degrees to let you choose the production roll. If this has been rotated twice, discard it.

Cultural Museum (ore)(ore)(brick)(brick)(corn)
2 victory points. Requires: Church or Town Hall; Library or University; at least one Knight, Cannon or Dragon; and at least one Fleet.

Settlement Enhancement (Green cards)

Miners' Guild (ore)(gold)
Whenever the production roll gives you ore or gold, rotate this 180 degrees.  If this turns this upright, you receive one extra resource of the same type.  (If a roll gives you ore *and* gold, you only receive one extra resource.)

Builders' Guild (brick)(wood)
Whenever the production roll gives you brick or wood, rotate this 180 degrees.  If this turns this upright, you receive one extra resource of the same type.  (If a roll gives you brick *and* wood, you only receive one extra resource.)

Farmers' Guild (sheep)(corn)
Whenever the production roll gives you sheep or corn, rotate this 180 degrees.  If this turns this upright, you receive one extra resource of the same type.  (If a roll gives you sheep *and* corn, you only receive one extra resource.)

Connoisseurs' Market (sheep)(sheep)(corn)
After your production roll, pay one nongold resource, or sacrifice this card.  3 commerce points.

Warehouse (wood)(wood)(corn)
Whenever you lose at least one of a resource on the production die roll due to not having enough space on a region card, you may add one of that resource to another region card of the same type.

Action

Parade Inspection
Receive one resource of your choice for each knight you control.

Siege
Play only if you have the knight token.  Turn one city (of either player) into a settlement.  Its owner must move buildings or units in that city more than 2 to spare slots elsewhere where they can legally be placed; if no room, discarded to the bottom of a stack.  Remaining city buildings stop functioning until settlement becomes a city again. This is too strong - I need to add a further cost to it somehow, but I'm not sure what.

Units

Bob the Mercenary (ore)(wood)(sheep)
2 strength points, 1 tournament point; 1 commerce point.

Jareth the Schizophrenic (ore)(ore)(sheep)(sheep)(corn)
4 strength points, 1 tournament point. For 1 gold, you may rotate Jareth. He stays that way up until you rotate him back. Upside down his stats are: 1 strength point, 4 tournament points.

Universal Fleet (wood)(wood)(sheep)
At the start of your turn, name a resource.  On your turn, you may trade 2 of that resource for 1 of any other resource, once.  1 commerce point.

Local Fleet (wood)(sheep)(corn)
<| 1:1 |> . On your turn, you may move one resource between the two adjacent regions, once. 1 commerce point.

Event

Robin Hood
The player with fewer victory points may take 2 resources of their choice from their opponent.
