Soggy (aka Poor Man's Seafarers)
Shuffle the sea tiles in with the land.  Rotate the ports to face the longest strip of continuous land hexes possible.  Ships may be built across water for a wood and a sheep - use a road marker.  Coastal roads may be built for either wood+brick or wood+sheep.  No moving of ships.

Vicious
When you move the robber onto a hex, the number from that hex is moved to the hex the robber just came from.
AlexChurchill rather likes this one.  It changes the robber from pure annoyance to an interesting tactical tool - I've seen people move the robber to a hex which they're the only one bordering, for the "terraforming" potential of then moving him to a 6 or 8 so that their resource incoming is improved.  It's intriguing.

Blood
You may play Soldier cards to destroy an opponent's road or settlement which is touching one of your roads, or knock a city down to being a settlement.  Soldier cards used in this way are not kept towards Largest Army but discarded to the discard pile.  An attempted destruction in this way may be countered by the defender playing a Soldier card from their hand - Soldiers used to defend in this way are kept towards Largest Army.
