Damn my aim sucks. Oh well, if we keep going like this then no matter where I aim I'll hit *something* That's the point of wiki, right? --Vitenka
Hehe. There was quite a bit of discussion about this on RedirectingPage, as I recall... --AC
And, um, no. I say 'hello', He says 'hello'. So, it's the third (thanks M-A) person of - but not many people get to use FishSayMoo in the first person (I hope)
I say; You (s.) say; He says.
We say; You (pl.) say; They say.
Therefore, third person singular. --M-A, feeling pedantic
AlexChurchill always thought FishSayMoo was a statement about the universe, and therefore third person plural. If it is in fact in the vocative, and therefore second person, then... well, I would get worried that all these people are talking to their fish, but it's not as bad as making the statement that FishSayMoo in the first place... ^^;;;;;
Ah clever - of course, you weren't to know that it is a singular fish - because many fish are also fish, unless they are little, when they become fishies. I didn't realise how lever my sister was being, making both a silly toy AND a statement about the UniverseAsItShouldBe.
