About half the map, a fifth of the quests and perhaps a third of the skills are available in the free (well, banner-advertising-supported) version; membership is $5/month. MoonShadow has been playing for several weeks and is nowhere near running out of things to do in the free version yet.

Part-written as a 3rd-year CompSci project, whilst under the influence of large amounts of Vodka IIRC. The author had to do s/game/virtual world/g on the write-up :-)
