An Amber character played by Jumlian, once upon a time, a few years ago.

Notable for advanced forms of powers she didn't actually have, much to the great annoyance of people who did have those powers.

Relevant quote:

GM: Thor, you're being attacked by a dragon.  What are you doing?
Thor (an advanced master of trump, an ability that in his case allows teleportation between universes at will): I trump out.
GM: There's a very strong resistance, you can't trump, all the power just drains away.  What are you doing?
Thor: Errr...
GM: Aratana, you're being attacked by a dragon.  What are you doing?
Aratana:  I trump out.
GM: OK.  There's a rainbow shimmering and Aratana disappears in a trumpy way.
Thor: Bu... how?  (Thor's head explodes)

(Explanation: Aratana knew a lot of spells, and had made an artifact that granted invisibility with the same shimmery effect as using trump).

Historical note: The GM was, at the time, the lesser wiki-spotted Gwyntar, before Vitenka got in on the GM'ing side of the campaign due to campaign fusion.

Thanks for reminding me of that incident -- Gwyntar
Yet another example of a player getting away with murder due to being stylish with it.  --Vitenka  :)
Almost literally, in the case of vaKresH... do you want lightning bolts with your trump, sir? ;-) --Jumlian
But I was the one that got him in the end. --Kobar
And the wiki consumes another soul.  --Vitenka (Hi-ii Kobar, Vakresh, Revan and others!)
Sorry about the delay in reappearing --Volkazz

To slightly explain the 'hilt' comment on the page linked to from here.  Aratana had a magical lightsaber-alike.  For reasons that are unclear to me it was only the hilt of the sword that was enchanted and you could bung any blade into it.  She tended to mislead people with this.  By the time I'd gotten some GM over the situation, the hilt had mostly faded into the background if not been outright stolen.  --Vitenka

Aratana did have conjuration which allows the creation of mundane and magical items.  The hilt was enchanted such that any blade in it got the magical powers that the hilt was imbued with, which was as straightforward as "do a lot of damage to shapeshifters that they can't heal really quickly".  This meant that Aratana didn't have to lug a huge sword around and could just create a blade in it when it was needed.  It also meant that it was essentially pointless to steal it as no-one else among the PC's had any obvious conjuring ability, and so couldn't stick a blade in it.  During campaign fusion there was a small incident where the hilt in question got fused with Brand's pattern sword, Werewindle, which Aratana took, precipitating much of the ensuing chaos.  Oops ;-)  . --Jumlian
Not as if the original owner needed it... -- Senji
Thats what you think... -- Gwyntar
Well, yes.  How many Fionas? -- Senji
The classic moment was Corwin going up to Frederick to ask for his pattern sword back. Fred handed it over. Then 15 minutes later Corwin went up to Frederick to ask for his pattern sword back. Then fifteen minutes later Corwin went up to Frederick to ask for his pattern sword back. -- Gwyntar
Fred's declared action: "I meep quietly in a corner"  (Morning Gwyn) --Vitenka
Everyone appreciates that one... (or Fred on the Starship's bridge - "I come in peace, I am unarmed" - with _How_ many axes, swords, pistols, bazookas etc?) --Volkazz
Yay!  The wulfkin has returned!  --Vitenka
