Simply add your Wikiname (or someone else's >:>) to the appropriate section below!

(Original version was sexist, due to its inclusion of the words "men" and "women".)
Surely it would only have been sexist if only one of these words had been mentioned?  Or if an unfortunate relationship between the words had been conveyed - though that does not appear to be the complaint...?
They had been. See Revision 1.
That's more "sexual-orientation-ist" than "sexist", really.

Sentient being seeking sentient being

Sentient being seeking Inanimate being
Is there a difference between an inanimate object and an inanimate being?  Because, technically, "inanimate" means "lacking life", so this section is strictly for, say, ovens seeking dead people... --M-A
Only if the oven is sentient. This is for people seeking dead people, at a guess (assuming people are sentient), which is rather dodgier - SunKitten
Oh, yes, oops.  So it's NecrophiliacsAnonymous? combined with Vampire-philes, then.
What about an intellegent robot? Or some kind of mineral life-form? Or even a BrainInAJar?? -ColinLeung
Well, an intelligent robot may claim to be sentient, although I've never asked one, so no luck there. A mineral life-form would be alive (by being a life-form), so not inanimate either. A BrainInAJar? may also claim to be sentient. Any more guesses?
Can't I just define inanimate as not moving?
You can define a word any way you want, but "not moving" isn't what the word means, technically... it means "without life" or "without soul". If you want to use a word that means "not moving", try using "stationary", or "still".
How do you know if something's alive anyway? I can't just ask it... it might lie. -ColinLeung
Indeed, and now we head rapidly off into Philosophy...
Can't we tell if something's alive by giving it various prods and tests? Philosophy is such a messy way to show anything. -ColinLeung

Inanimate object seeking inanimate object
The big red JellyBaby - Tsunami would happily go out with a big read jelly baby (or for that matter a big black one!), but it is unlikely that the Jelly baby would survive the evening uneaten....
Tsunami once again shows his connection to Yomiko...  Only Yomiko would attempt to read a jelly baby... --Kazuhiko

Err...  On re-reading this, is Tsunami categorising himself as an inanimate object? o_O --Kazuhiko
To be honest, I can't really disagree with this assessment.... --Tsunami
