Baileys
Cream. Liquid fudge.
AC would disagree with "liquid fudge", claiming it's far closer to "alcoholic chocolate milkshake".
It goes nicely with cointreau, to make liquid chocolate orange... which even I think is too sweet to drink much of - Naath
Layered Drambuie, Baileys and orange liqueur of any kind. Kind of hard to pull off, but really nice. --Requiem

Dooleys
Liquid Toffee. (Currently hidden at back of my drinks cupboard due to sister and friend consuming half the bottle in 10 minutes --Oneiros)

Frangelico
Liquid chocolate.

Kahlua
Liquid, um, coffee. Alcoholic, I mean.
Best mixed with vodka and single cream to give you a White Russian. Mmmm.... Jay
MoonShadow prefers his layered with Baileys and Grand Marnier.

Tia Maria
Liquid Evil
Sigh.... what with liking CULES and TiaMaria? I'm really going to be blacklisted at this rate...  Is it not just really similar to Kahlua?
Thin layer of cream on top of a shot of this, produces a roughly hexagonal 'cell' pattern on top of the drink. It's really cool. --Requiem

Amaretto
Liquid Marzipan.

Sambuca
Liquid Aniseed Balls.

Goldschlager
Liquid Cinnamon. Nice with apple Tango. Contains gold flakes for no obvious reason.
Because then it would just be caled 'Schlager', and even the makers (who evidently liked the name goldschlager) thought that was a bad name?  --Vitenka

Drambuie
Tastes like sweet Scotch.  Made with Scotch, sugar and herbs.  These facts are related.  It should be noted that it is rather stronger than most other liqueurs.

Southern Comfort
Like bourbon but sweet. Some find it sickly, but for those of us with a sweet tooth, mm.
Argh. Tastes like cough medicine. Admittedly, this is why some people like it...
Works really well when mixed with fresh orange juice - Jay

Mandarine Napoleon
Really nice, almost impossible to get mandarin-and-green-tea flavoured liqueur. Requiem has only ever found it in France.

Grand Marnier
Orange Cognac. Comes in two varieties - orange and yellow ribbon. Orange is a really nice, sweet orange liqueur for cocktails. Yellow is much harder to get, and is an incredibly fine, delicately orange flavoured brandy to be enjoyed on its own. Both are very strong (to the point where a tiny drop on the tongue is the best amount to be drunk at once). Requiem's favourite drink by far.
And it's the necessary ingredient to turn a margarita into a margarita cadillac. Thanks to several friends skilled in the art of margarita making, I consume a fair number of these during the summer months. Jay
True, cadillac margaritas are nice - using the orange-ribbon version only (unless you happen to be made of money). In general, you can use it for anything you'd use any other triple sec for. --Requiem

something - is it "Advocaat"?
Liquid custard.  Alcoholic, that is. Far too popular with the younger Churchills for their father to leave the liquor cabinet unlocked. This was true even when the oldest of them was about 10.

Green Chartreuse
An green EvilDrink created by French Monks.

Absinthe
GreenFallingDownJuice
Liquid aniseed. - Naath who resolves to remember this and not buy anymore because it is both expensive and vile, despite the redeeming feature of being incredibly alcoholic.
The proper stuff is also hallucinogenic. Light it, put it out by covering the glass with your hand, then put a drop of water in it and attempt to drink the thing. Requiem considers it to be vile poison, but that's because he doesn't like aniseed.
Xarak actually liked the taste of Absinthe, even without sugar. He can't see why it's got a reputation for being vomit-inducingly bad tasting. Although it may not have been "proper" Absinthe.
Requiem doubts that it was, because "proper" absinthe is kind of illegal and only made in deepest France, in very small quantities.
It said it contained Wormwood, which is the illegal stuff. However they didn't say how much it contained, it might well have been a trace. -- Xarak

Stroh
Liquid Death
Bah. Don't be daft. This stuff is perfectly fine (as long as you don't try gargling with it). In fact, I've been very glad of its existence many times late at night, camping out at music festivals. Mix a shot or so in with some hot chocolate and you have a nice, warming drink. Of course, you need real Stroh, none of this poncey low alcohol (60% abv) stuff. Jay

Blue Curacao
lovely stuff, makes pretty colours - CorkScrew
