Eh. The joke spread through the WebComics world a few months ago. The meme is still going, but less virulently now. It's not as bad as you fear. The joke was, in toto: "Guess what time it is?" "No." "It's {shirt|pant}less O'... " "No!" "Awww." Occasionally accompanied by OffScreen flinging of items of apparall. Compare with NakeyTime. --Vitenka

Silly clocks tend either to be brightly coloured, strangely shaped, strangely labelled, or some combination of the three. For example, a large green splat-shaped clock with all the numbers confined to one side of the clockface could be considered to be expressing the physical symptoms of clocksillyness. --Requiem

It took til 3am for me to look at that comment and it seem to make sense. This and statements like it may be the ideal test for the effects of SillyOClock. Anyone fancy running a research program? Other areas of interest include the triggering of mental stack overflows (a la BOFH). For example, right now long words would probably cause me a major core dump.
